The situation
Government bodies face a structural challenge in citizen communication: diverse linguistic needs, varying digital literacy, and the operational constraint that information must be accurate, current, and delivered consistently at scale without constant human staffing.
The client needed a citizen-facing AI system that could handle natural conversation, respond in the user's native language, and be trained exclusively on the organisation's own data — no general-purpose LLM responses, no cloud data exposure.
What we built
A life-like AI avatar with voice and touch interaction — deployed first for a constitutional body for voter education, and second as an MSME government kiosk at national trade exhibitions.
- Voice interaction in 20+ Indian and international languages with real-time response
- Touch-based navigation as a dual-mode accessibility fallback
- Private GPT integration — LLMs trained on internal data, zero external exposure
- Image and video integration — rich media responses embedded in conversational flows
- Cross-device deployment — tablets, kiosks, mobile, large-screen displays from one platform
- Campaign configuration — different personas, content, and interaction flows per deployment
- 3rd party API integration for live data feeds and service access
- Social media sharing of interactions for organic citizen reach amplification
- Department-wise engagement — separate flows per government department
Deployments
Constitutional body (India): Deployed for voter education — electoral process guidance, ID verification information, and civic awareness at polling-related venues.
MSME Government Kiosk: Interactive product catalogue at national trade exhibitions — inventory sync, ordering, and payment integration with a voice-trained avatar personalised to an existing person's voice.
| Deployment | Context | Key capability |
|---|---|---|
| Constitutional body | Voter education | Electoral guidance in 20+ languages |
| MSME kiosk | Trade exhibitions | Voice-trained persona + inventory + payment |
Scalability path
Enterprise licensing model is live. International government expansion is in the pipeline. The architecture supports simultaneous multi-location deployment with centralised monitoring — every kiosk managed from a single admin layer.
